2. ZTA#015-25 Surety Code Updates (Public Hearing & Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend City Council approval of an ordinance approving ZTA#015-25, a Zone Text Amendment (ZTA) that would update Land Development Ordinance (LDO) Chapter III (Land Development Standards), Article VI (Surety for Completion and Maintenance of Improvements) to ensure for the completion of public infrastructure in residential subdivisions.
